FAQ's

This website was created as a general guide to assist friends and families in preparation and delivery of inmates packages within institutional guidelines.  When our Yellow Ribbon Representatives receive a web order, they will check to make sure these guidelines are met before shipping the package.  Should a user place an order that exceeds the facility imposed limits, our staff reserves the right to remove items so the package meets requirements and ships without delay.  Refunds will be given for items removed and thoughtful care will be placed so an order is maximized for our friends and families. 

Engraved, used, and/or damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  If an item is deemed defective upon receipt, it may be exchanged free of charge.  If this is the case, our representative must be contacted for authorization and a call-tag issued for the item’s return.  Yellow Ribbon is not responsible for refused items.  Returned items may be a subject to a 10% restocking charge and return freight will be deducted from any refund. 

 

Back Orders are not permitted.  In the event an item is out of stock, a Yellow Ribbon Representative may attempt contact with an available substitute option.  Otherwise a refund in the item(s) amount will be made and the rest of the order shipped. 

 

Shipping and Handling is a flat $5 per shipment.
